BLFF Lifetime Members Club Annual Fundraiser Gathering

THE 2019 AGENDA

Rosalyn, our library director, and Sara, our assistant library director, are presenting the Lifetime Members with the following choices for 2019-2020:

1. Four barrel armchairs in red and sky blue for patron comfort. Purchased from a local business. They will replace burgundy and beige chairs by the music CD area. This will bring the front of the library to completion with a contemporary, colorful and pleasing look. $1,500
2. Diverse adult audiobooks – fiction and nonfiction. $1,200
3. Twelve wood oversized library book stands positioned on top of bookshelf under the banners. One wood bookshelf for new arrivals area. Colorful abstract wood arrangement in a vase by local artist Ken Ayers, now on loan for viewing. $1,100

• Vote on a project to fund after they are presented and discussed. (can be done via email)
• Get a tour of the library.
• Give feedback on what things would improve the library’s environment, services or activities in the future.

There will be finger food, including gluten-free snacks, and door prizes too including local gift certificates.

If you’d like to be part of this event, let us know. If you’d like to help with organizing it, that would be even better. Of course, just writing that check would be a wonderful contribution. You will not be asked to help install, order or finish a project. We hope to see familiar faces from last year. New faces always welcome.
