We appreciate all our donors. Some individuals, businesses, organizations and foundations have been especially supportive and we’d like to express our special thanks to them.
Special thanks to Pat and Sue Reed of Pat’s Printing for donating the printing of the BLFF quarterly newsletter.
Special thanks to Bandon High School Leadership Class’ 101 Community Leadership Program for their 2024 grant.
- The funds were requested for the Bandon Library to purchase two mobile “art carts” to house supplies and to purchase arts and crafts supplies (e.g., arts & crafts books, paint, markers, crayons, chalk, fabric, specialty paper, seasonal decorative items, glitter, lace, doilies, ribbons, glue, scissors, hole punches). One cart would be used for younger children; the other cart would be used for teens/young adults.
- The Community 101 grants are made possible through collaborative efforts between the Oregon Community Foundation, the Ford Family Foundation, Bandon-By-The-Sea Rotary Club, and the Bandon High School Leadership Program.
- The grant awards ceremony was held May 14th at 7:00 p.m. at Bandon High School Library.
Special thanks to Bandon’s 100 Strong Women for supporting Bandon Library. The funds will be used to buy new books.
