August 8 – Reader’s choice of any of John Steinbeck’s novels. You will do a brief overview of your selection and what your thoughts are regarding content and the author’s style

Sept, 12 – “Fahrenheit 451” by Ray Bradbury

The book club will be meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 2:00 pm in the Sprague Room of the Bandon Library

December 22: “The House on Tradd Street” by Karen White

Please note: Limited copies of all selections will be available in back of the main desk of the library, held there for Book Club members.  Be sure to identify yourself as such when checking them out, and be thoughtful in returning as soon as read for the next person.  Members are encouraged to be resourceful in obtaining their own copies of each selection, as there are limited copies available through our county library system.

Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings, whether you have read the book or not!  Light refreshments will be offered.

Library Reader’s Book Club: Planning Meeting on April 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sprague Room

After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, we are planning to start meeting again. This will be an organizational meeting for the Library Reader’s Book Club to discuss dates, timing, focus, and the need for volunteers. Interested?
